THE PARTIES: This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the reservation date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) (the "Guest(s)") and the undersigned owner ("Owner(s)"), pursuant to which the guest has agreed to the rent the residence described below Casa Amor (the "Property") for the duration of the rental term fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein. Property: Name of the house - Casa Amor, 20 Filiberto Bareño, Loreto, BCS, 23880 is a stand-alone completely private home. 3 bedrooms, 4 Beds, 2 bath, Kitchen, Dining, Laundry, Pool, Parking, and Rooftop seating. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with on suite, bedroom two has a King bed, bedroom three has a bunk bed with two twins. 2nd bath in the hallway.

Maximum Occupancy: 4. 1-2 additional persons with approval. Occupants: Please list Names/Ages of all occupants. It is important we have the name/age of everyone staying at Casa Amor for insurance purposes. (guest(s)”) agrees not to use the (“property”) for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We do our best to be flexible on our check-in and check-out times. I do my best to block out the day before and the day after so check-in & check-out can be possible. It also allows me time to fix & replace items if necessary. Sometimes with airline schedules it is not possible. I will let you know with the check-in information if an early check-in time is possible. Also, the day before check-out with your check-out information I can let you know if it is possible for a late check-out. No extra charge.

All floors are slippery when wet-so be careful! Running not advised.

Water and Septic: Casa Amor has filtered water at the kitchen sink from the small faucet. Casa Amor also provides some individual size bottles of water in the refrigerator for your convenience. Mexico does not have septic systems that are sophisticated as the US or Canada septic systems. No feminine products, garbage, even flushable wipes are not to be flushed at any-time. Small trash can is provided in each bathroom.

Dishes: All dishes are to be washed before checkout.

Parties: No Parties on the premises.

Housekeeping-if a long term rental of 10 days or longer, we require that Casa Amor is cleaned weekly by Rosa at owners cost with which day of the week that works best for her. Rosa is an independant houskeeper with several other properties she takes care of. Rosa cleans the bathrooms most importantly, changes all sheets, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, washclothes, kitchen towels, dusts furniture, cleans kitchen countertops, sweeps and mops floors. Replace paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Rosa is not required to wash dishes.

Cancellation by Owner: 100% refund, Owner must give 60 days’ notice .

Cancellation by Tenant: 100% refund 60 days’ prior to check-in date, 50% refund 30 days’ prior to check-in date. 25% refund 14 days’ prior to check-in date. Owner must have sufficient time to re-rent property.

"Owner’s Liability: Casa Amor is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The (“owner(s)”) are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest(s). By accepting this reservation (“Agreement”), it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. (“owner(s)”) will do their very best to return items left at Casa Amor if (“guest(s)”) want items shipped at (“guest(s)”) expense."
